A MOQ depends on the specific item and customization level. Standard stock articles accept small trial orders; OEM/ODM development MOQ is confirmed together with the tech pack. Share the target article and quantity for an accurate answer.
Q Do you have certifications?
A Yes — ISO, IQNet, Quality Austria and CQC. We also provide complete flex-resistance, abrasion and color-fastness test reports. Certificates can be shared as PDF under NDA.
Q Can you do DDP / door-to-door?
A Yes, both DDP and DDU are supported. The final quote depends on the destination country, HS code and current freight rate.
Q What are your sample and lead times?
A Standard color-card samples: 3–5 working days, courier collect. Production: ~15–30 days for standard items, 30–45 days for custom development (confirmed on PI).
Q What payment terms do you accept?
A 30% T/T deposit + 70% before shipment; L/C at sight for large or repeat orders. Alibaba Trade Assurance is supported via tianhaileath.en.alibaba.com.
Q Can you develop a match to our reference sample?
A Yes — reverse engineering is part of our ODM service. Send a physical swatch or high-resolution photos plus required specs; our R&D team gives feasibility feedback within ~5 working days.
Q Do you have overseas warehouses or dropshipping?
A No. We are a B2B manufacturer shipping bulk orders directly from Dongguan; no overseas warehousing or one-piece dropshipping.
