Quality Claim & Return Policy

1. Inspection: All rolls are inspected by our QC team against the acceptance standard agreed in the contract before shipment. Third-party inspection (SGS, TÜV, Intertek) is welcome at buyer's cost.
2. Claim window: Quality claims must be raised in writing within 7 days of receipt, accompanied by photos of the batch and roll numbers, and before further processing of the material.
3. Resolution: Verified non-conforming material is replaced or credited (prorated) per the contract's A/B grade acceptance terms. Claims beyond the accepted standard tolerance are not eligible.
4. Custom products: Items developed to buyer specifications (color, embossing, construction) are non-returnable unless the defect is confirmed as our manufacturing fault.

How We Work — Export Process

1. Inquiry — Share target article, application, quantity and destination.
2. Sampling — Color-card samples in 3–5 working days; custom development samples per tech pack.
3. Quotation & PI — Tiered pricing, Incoterms (EXW/FOB/CIF/DDU/DDP) and payment terms confirmed in writing.
4. Production — ~15–30 days for standard items, 30–45 days for custom development.
5. QC Inspection — Every roll checked against the acceptance standard; third-party inspection available.
6. Shipment — Loading plan optimized per container (20GP ~25k–35k meters, 40HQ ~55k–75k meters, depending on roll spec).
7. Documents & After-sales — Invoice, packing list, B/L, C.O., test reports and REACH declaration provided; shipment followed to delivery.
